Normal Polyimide film PI

Normal Polyimide film is a kind of heat resistant film possessing excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties, which performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -452 oF(-269Æ’) and as high as +500 oF (+260Æ’) and can be exposed at +752 oF (400℃) in a short time. Besides, it isalso an atomic radiation resistance insulation material. Polyimide film (PI film) is the macromolecular compound with the best combination of the mechanical, electrical, and chemical properties. Its the highest heat resistance insulating film for the general application. 

Features:

1, Wide-range of temperature: from -452(-269) to +436(+260)

2, High temperature resistance.

Applications:

1. Electric magnetic wire and cable coiling, motor slot liners, transformer interlayer insulation.

2. The backing material of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, F46 (FEP) tape.

3. The substrates of Flexible Printed Circuits Board (FPC).

4.The adhesive tape is used for IC packing.
